I've checked my pocket change off and on since the late 1960s. Today was the first time I tried coin roll hunting. Got two shotgun rolls of quarters from the credit union. Not much to write home about. No silver of course. The oldest coins were a pair of worn out 1966 quarters. Lots of Statehood Quarters showing a bit of wear, but nothing I need. Four ATB that I already had. Three well circulated bicentennials. One trashed black quarter from the 1980s. I have some gaps from the 1990s and 2000s when I stopped collecting for a while. I did find several hole fillers of that era for my new Dansco album. So, at least some success. I probably won't make it a habit.

When I CRH, I'm always on the lookout for an upgrade. Very seldom that I don't at least improve one spot in the album.

Pulled out a Kisatchie quarter out of a CWR the same week I pulled that '42 D out.

This is unrelated to CRHing, but at a garage sale I stumbled upon a baggy of coins. Very rare to find coins at a garage sale; I never thought I'd find any until today.

The guy said he sold some already, but he had 4 UNC 1946 S quarters (I'm keeping the best one, a solid MS65 and the rest are 63-64's that I'll probably sell on ebay or on a facebook coin group)
And about 5 silver quarters from 1942-1964 including a 1964 canadian quarter.

There were other coins, not bad for $25. Those '46 S's will make me my money back.

Did Denver make silver statehood coins? I thought that they did not.

I got a 2015 P homestead roll from the coin show today. I gambled 16 dollar, risk 6 dollars with at least 10 dollar after words. I was glad to find something. And I was really happy to find 6 of them. I found 6 WDDR-009s. ANy idea on value?
