Since you already heard two clicks, does that mean that no one has guessed the third number yet? Once that one's found, do we all need to just mix around the numbers already chosen until someone gets it right?

No.

When I hear a "click", one of the numbers was hit in the right place.

For example, if the combination is 3-5-7 and you guess 1-2-3, I will hear nothing even though there is a 3 in the combination.

If you were to guess 3-2-1, I would hear a click. Hope that helps.

I've heard a couple clicks since the last update!

Another helpful hint: My puzzles are almost always based on at least a little bit of logic.

If there is a duplicate number in any given box, and one of them has been ruled out, then the other one must not be any good either.

For example, in the first box above, we can see 96 is crossed out. Below it is another 96. If one is no good, then neither is the other.

So, if we get rid of the duplicates, our chances increase of getting the winning combination. Our boxes should look like this:
