It would probably still make MS-63 by most TPG standards I'm just picky particularly when buying on "the bay" Report this Post to the Staff

It could just be the photo technique or lighting, but I'd suspect it has been dipped or handled just enough to disrupt the original surface quality. Report this Post to the Staff
