VF20. A little too much wear on the leg for higher, though part of the skirt line on the leg is visible. I love the rose-gold toning on the reverse. Very nice!

What do you see that makes you think it was whizzed? I don't see any fine lines and the wear looks accurate to a VF20 coin.
