I can't tell but from where I see it I've got it at MS-63+/PF-63+ the only real major flaws is that nick on the shield and the N/S abrasions on the cheek. Some hairlines across the obverse not enough perhaps to flag as cleaned but limits the grade. Based on the rims and strike detail, I think this is a business strike not a proof.
