There are no parking tokens in my town that I know of, however I'd like to learn more about them. I found this one in a cheap token lot I purchased. It weighs 3.4 grams. Is it still being used or are they all pretty much out of circulation? Anything "Parking Token" related goes in this forum!

Can't speak for everywhere, but I don't think they use them in my town anymore. Like you, I thought they didn't exist here, but one of the first ones I found was indeed from the town (small one in Western PA) I live in.

I haven't seen them in years. Bus token too. With the computerized parking meters coming out now, you can use you credit or debit cards. I think they'd make a cool collection, better get them quickly they'll soon disappear.

The American Vecturist Association (AVA) includes parking tokens.

There is an Atwood-Coffee Guide, published by the AVA, that provides references for parking tokens.

Parking tokens are catalog and identified by the American Vecturist Association. I run the Car Wash side of the house but I do find lots of parking. I sell them to a guy in Kansas by the pound. Most have been loaded on tokencatalog.com so you might want to take a look.
