Unidentified-Middle-East/Indian-Token?-|-Hyderabad-4-Annas

Anyone have any idea as to what this is? The only thing I can read on it is the AH date of I think 1338. The item measures 20mm and weighs 2.65 grams.

Thanks in advance.

I fully agree with the attribution, but book values have long gone out the window with Hyderabadi silver.
Even VF is fetching 5 to 6 times catalog price.

However, this one's had a huge hole punched through it and later plugged. Bullion value only.

I haven't dealt with Indian coins enough to know but I was referring to this coin that was probably jewelry some point. Glad to know that this type of coin could pull a premium in the future. Thanks for the knowledge.
