Hi guys. I was wondering if this coin grades between VF and XF or if it's a solid something one way or the other. Thanks!

Also, on the obverse, could that hairline on the bottom left between the star and the base be a die break? I can provide a closer pic if needed.

The coin looks like a solid VF-35 to me Just a bit to much wear to make EF ,, and the line is a die crack .
