My last name is Murrell. And in high school I was really into skateboarding. One skaters name was Erik Ellington. So my friend one day combined them and called me Murrellington. That sounded cool and kind of stuck. it is my username for many things on the internet.

Mine's the first letter of my first name, and the first two letters of my surname. I chose that as a nickname for myself, back in high school, because it was better than the nicknames my schoolmates were thinking up for me and because my middle name begins with "W" - "SWA" is hard to pronounce and doesn't mean anything.
I've lost touch with most of my old school and uni friends. My brother is the only person who still calls me "Sap" in the real world.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis

Quote: At least I didn't buy a school coat or class ring. Now I'm well past college graduation and my high school combined with two other schools and are no longer the rangers. And that $35 class ring could have been scrapped for $450. Mine? I'm 5'19" and weighed as much as 25 stone.

I am an active collector of Conder tokens and shortly before I joined the forum the Conder Token Collectors Club (CTCC) was formed. The first one hundred members would be given Charter Member status. Anyone want to take a guess what my membership number is?

I use Fuzzy317 on most of the forums/sites I have joined. I have had the nickname Fuzzy since high school, and 3/17 is my birthday.

Being retired Navy, I'm using one of the tin can (destroyer) voice call signs. Just liked the sound of it.

My initials are PFN. I write that on all my tools ( construction work) going back forty years or so.
One guy looked at it once and asked Who is Piffin? It halfway stuck as a nick-name. Used it for my screen-name since I hit the internet.

Bacchus was the Roman god of wine and debauchary ... I collect Romans - some of which portray that god on the reverse and I just liked the imagery ... honest.
The 2 is there because I made a mess of my initial registration and had to create a second one -- doh! Not related to the "wine" part of the first paragraph I hasten to add.
