Very interesting. All I found was this so far

I'm guessing it's more of a weight for measuring then a collectible round.

The only premium is going to be from the "supply and demand" of it's uniqueness. I can't say I've ever seen one with this type of impression before. I'm waiting to hear from a few others members too.
