I have an 1859 Canadain cent (error with 15 degree reverse rotation) that is graded AU-55 in an old ANACS holder. Should I send it back to ANACS to have it put in a new holder, or send it to ICCS?
I have heard that ICCS grades only on technical merit, and that ANACS incldes eye appeal and am concerned that ICCS may change the grade.
Am I being paranoid about this?
Any input is apprecaited.
