Nice 1918! I would say it's a slight MAD but not enough for a premium. The better ones are off enough that devices (letters) are cut off.

I just noticed the raised part above the lower part of the C. Could that be Lincolns ear struck through the other side or a clashed ear. Thank you for the help.
