Very nice coin, excellent detail. I believe this is Sear 158, officina looks like gamma.

In fact if you look at the obverse it's very similar to a late roman coin like honorius,arcudius,valentinian etc....as I always say at the beginnig byzantine coins are similar to roman ones.
About officnia I think it can be gamma as you say.
To be honest it's the first time I can take a byzantine coin in this state of preservation,other I have are all in a lower one.....and the price goes up,even for byzantine(usually cheapest than roman).
