Hello, is my fifty cent piece a bust or not, A little play in words. I have a few Capped Bust half dollars and I would be happy with an objective view and grade of this one, thanks in advance, Ed

I have an 1824 with very similar colrong to the obverse of this coin. I believe it to be xf, maybe AU 50.Nice coin.

XF40+ with a rim nick obverse AU53 reverse. I would value it at in the middle of those levels. Say, maybe at or under $250.00 ? A really nice coin! It's not the 1827/6.

Moe can help you with this one for sure.

XF obv/AU rev - very nice - I tried to do a quick variety attribution but with 49 choices for 1827 there's no such thing as quick - hopefully will get back to it later

I am guessing O-112 OBV.8 Rev. K. Based on stars 8-13 being more defined than 1-7 and the very large C. on rev.......?

Looks like a XF40 from the wear on the obverse.

The reverse is in better shape than the obverse, but I don't think it would improve over all grade.

XF-45 bordering on an AU-50. It's a beauty.
