IMO it could be, but also could PMD!

Hi patsass

I did an analysis on your coin with a program that shows 2 hangers as you can see with the arrows...I would say it is a double hanger as per the analysis.

That program is called Gwyddion.
You windows guys are lucky, because there is a version for you to..see below for link.

It can show a nick..see topic ((Mint errors: 2008 25 cent, 2011 25 cent, 2001 5 cent))
