If you're just talking about the face that the margin on the bottom is wider than the margin at the top, I believe that is pretty common and not actually considered an error. Your friend is advertising it as low serial number when that really isn't true. If this had a fancy serial number I could see a premium or if it was rated by pcgs or pmg with a grade of 67 or above. Voshus007 Valued Member United States 442 Posts	Posted 02/06/2013 5:18 pm The misalignment is not considered a error until part of the ink is cut off if its just not even then its not an error. But the star note does add a small premium it doesn't add as much as your friend is trying to sell it for. Report this Post to the Staff
