Your new pictures almost make it appear that there is some porosity on the obverse. Its still a nice coin though and one of the finest I've seen.

I would send it off to be graded. As a collector of high grade Indian Head cent varieties, unless I cherrypick them, I buy them slabbed.

I'm actually paying my son $50 to prhotgraph about 50 coin into a folder and he asid he could do it in 3 hours and they will be nicer than this one, also last question with this grade worth paying about $130 to join for the year and do pcgs. my friend I can send it for about $50 total for NGC. I think $80 bucks for membership and I know their expensive but lets face 2 or 3 coins like this a year I think you have to go pcgs. Appreciate your input especially on who to send to Thanks Guys
