This is a business strike coin so it would have to be a Denver mint. If it were an "S" mint, then the coin would have to be a proof coin. But it is not.

The last image shows a well placed contact mark that hit the mint mark in that area. The image of the mint mark that is upside down, shows it is definitely a Denver mint coin. Lighting can play tricks on a coin.
