It looks AU to me.
The surfaces look original.
The toning is a bit too much; lacks eye appeal.

How'd I miss this one?

Imagery doesn't require the grader to have to engage imagination to fill in the blanks. Nicely done. Feels like a slightly-circulated example to me, a happy AU55. In-hand, it's conceivable the toning could prove to be masking a Mint State coin with a weaker strike.
