My bank only had 6 rolls of cents that I haven't searched yet I grabbed them just got done searching them and I found this 1995 that is almost missing the b in liberty it is really faint and is not damaged any ideas on what this is and what it's called thank you

Likely grease filled device. When the planchet is coined, the material flows into the devices of the die, but if a device is filled with impacted grease, the result is a smudge or faint device.

That a good one, I don't think I have found any obverse greasers on the shield cents yet.

Nice Greaser. Almost missing letter is worth saving but it has little resale value.
