Again, sorry for the pics. iPhone and 30x loupe is tough! I'm looking at the stepping on second 9 but the first 9 shows something smooshy as well. Is this just Machine Doubling?

See how the devices are reduced and the doubling is flat and shelf-like? Classic evidence of MD (Though yours may be Machine Tripled, hard to tell for sure).
