A RPM would be larger than a normal mint mark. As I mentioned about enlarging of the devices. Note a big DDR for this year: Note how much larger the devices are on a doubled die. Machine Doubling reduces the size of normal devices. Note the centers of the closed devices. ('A & R') That shows you how much the devices are enlarged.
