coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 07/10/2019 7:03 pm The RPM is a west from the lower serif area. Your coin doesn't have that RPM there. It is normal. The mark in the upper right quadrant is an issue with a damaged mintmark punch. That is not part of the RPM. Just the lower west area. Report this Post to the Staff
