1995/91 Lincoln Penny Struck-Through Grease/PSD?

Thought nothing of it, but after closer examination, we were curious how this sort of damage could happen to a coin. Was it struck-through grease, or is this just some sort of PSD? The single squeeze dies have a low profile, and then if the die was wiped down with a cloth, then it moves the grease into the devices, filling some. So more than one event can happen to a coin.
