Doubled earlobe with a small portion of the back of the ear showing doubling as well. I included an inverted pic as it just looks like one super fat earlobe.

Or scrape from another coin. A doubled die is an enlargement of the 'E' that is raised in an area not related to the normal ear lobe area.

An incuse mark on a device, doesn't make it a doubled die. Damage is damage. A doubled die would show spread, an enlargement of the devices/design with that spread that is different than the normal design shows.
