Just being a larger mintmark, doesn't make it a RPM: While the example above is not a RPM, note how large it is. But that still doesn't make it a RPM. What do we need to see in order for there to be a RPM? There needs to be seen on the RPM two or more punching that are visible. Note the example below. A contact mark is not a RPM.
