I need a 2nd opinion, and probably a 3rd 4th & 5th too, but I truly believe I have found a very rare 1992 no mint Close AM penny. Please tell me I am not seeing things and it really is what I think.

No mint mark is Philadelphia. The key is to look at the placement of the M between the A and E, not the space between the A and M. Yokozunas picture will show you that on a Close AM, the M is off-center between the two, leaning more toward the A. Your coin has the M well centered, making it a Wide AM.
