They do produce $2s for circulation, but I don't know if they will for the new series. But, most likely, though they will and there will be a series 2009/2008 $2 Report this Post to the Staff

karrlot Pillar of the Community United States 535 Posts	Posted 02/01/2009 09:26 am I disagree. I can't find any reference to a 2006 series $2 note. I checked the BEP website as well as a few individual websites that give info on BEP production numbers. In the last year I've handled over 2000 $2 bills and I've never seen a series 2006. As far as I know the most recent $2 is a series 2003A. Report this Post to the Staff
