1988-P Washington Quarter Error?

I found this quarter when going through some pocket change. On the obverse it appears to have a filled die error where the "in" and "T" in trust is missing from "In God We Trust" (see photo). The P mint mark On first look it also looks like its missing the P mint mark but when you magnify it you can see that its there but barely visible so I'm not sure if that is a filled die error as well.

Im not sure if this is a true filled die error or just from normal wear as it's a circulated coin. Figured someone could provide their opinions as I'm really new to this :)

Guessing this is a slight grease-filled die issue.

A partial Grease Filled Die. You can see it on the 1 in the date also.

If it were vending machine damage, the other devices near the rim would all be affected the same. I agree with a struck through a partial Grease Filled Dies on that area.
