Does anyone have any info on why my Dime would look this way? Is almost as if you could see another face of a coin on top of behind the legitimate stamp.

Need better close up pictures. All I see is a stained dime, sorry.

I agree with John1. Fire damage altered the surface of the coin, the raised areas were flatten. Thus the distortion on the bust.
