CoinHI Pillar of the Community United States 2794 Posts	Posted Today 2H 46M ago Found this one last night and there may be more in the tube I have left to finish searching. This one caught my attention first with the blanketing chip on 9 and then the RPM registered afterwards. It was a double shock! This is one of the crazier RPM's ever and always looks to me like a snap-on feature similar to Mr. Potato Head pieces. Maybe a little before the Stage J example as the BIE break is slightly less developed. The chip on the 9 really just exploded on to the scene here and this was very near the end of this RPM's prolific stage count.
