The 27 branch mints have some strike issues, so I'm going to guess VF-35, though XF wouldn't surprise me. Great coin Moe!

I will throw out EF40, but I am not the best with SLQ's.

I don't have an issue with XF details or the fact that there were deffinate strike issues.

I'll go EF40 on this one - nice coin. This is a nice example of a circulated coin with nice original surfaces.
