It does look like an RPM, but I seem to see more of a Bump than a defined second MM. However, hard to tell from the pic.'s

Ok thanks for the correction then. Yeah I thought it was an RPM with what I thought was the outside of the D going inside the D slanted. I dont know what the excessive metal is ontop of the mintmark is probably a chip or something then.

I was looking at the coin some more before I tossed it and wanted to show a better picture of what I was looking at on the coin. Look inside the D thats what I was looking at.
