Jefferson Nickel Errors - Help - Coin Community Forum

drdave Pillar of the Community United States 721 Posts	Posted 05/18/2011 12:07 pm I have found two Jefferson nickels from circulation that appear to be error coins, but might be PMD. I'd like your opinion and any identification of error. Thanks. The first is a 1964 D: The second is a 1941 S and I'm thinking a lamination error: Report this Post to the Staff

scurry64 Pillar of the Community United States 900 Posts	Posted 05/18/2011 12:15 pm The obverse appears to be a lamination peel and delamination. The reverse is more likely PMD. I also noticed the PLURIDUS is spelled wrong. Report this Post to the Staff
