I have found two Jefferson nickels from circulation that appear to be error coins, but might be PMD. I'd like your opinion and any identification of error. Thanks.

The first is a 1964 D:

The obverse appears to be a lamination peel and delamination.
The reverse is more likely PMD.

I also noticed the PLURIDUS is spelled wrong.

Both of them are laminations, you can see it trailing down to the roof of Monticello on the 64D.
