However, they would not be anywhere as numerous as the army of Lincoln Wheat cent entusuiasts, or those amongst British Penny variety collectors. This variety may well be recorded, but I guess that you would need to go to a French numismatic site, something like the CCF, to find out. These coins are often found in nice condition, and as a variety, this one is well worth keeping. Report this Post to the Staff
