Picked these up a while ago, wonder what the India die was made of if it cracked striking an aluminum planchet.

The India die looks very worn--they probably used that one until it broke.

Here's a British India 1/12 Anna with advanced die wear and cracking

I cann't be so sure about Bahamas cent. The pic can leave the possibility of the defect to appear after mint.
