I just called anacs. I saw an old ad for 10 coins no shipping charge for 119. Code WNCC. The receptionist said they're still honoring it. So I sent ten!

A friend and I sent in 13 coins at the OK Annual Numismatic Show. They were accepting with the $15 per coin (Value under $500) usually $19 per. They took possession of them (no shipping fees going to ANACS, $28 coming back), and gave us three FREE submissions (another $45, still trying to figure out who got the free ones ). They have been accepted, and are waiting in the grading line, estimated ship date; 11 Jun 2012. 7070 images to follow!

Sounds like the CWSS is still a good (if not better) deal.
