mah5259 - that is quite the collection of coins. Is the error list just a list of error coins, or is it a list of coins in the collection as well? Honestly, you should have the coins appraised by someone who kno .s and you trust, because it appears your grandfather had quite a penchant for collecting them.

The 1987-P and 1987-D Half Dollars were only available in the annual mint sets.

You might even see if there is someone from this forum near you. I once bumped into a fellow metal detectorist and found out we were on the same forum! This forum is much larger and there is bound to be someone experienced that can spend a saturday helping you get organized, if you think it would help.
