My First Gold Dollar

Today I acquired in a trade/cash deal my first gold dollar. It is a PCGS AU50 1851. The slab is a bit scratched and it shows a little in the pictures. I don't know yet if I'll actually keep it as it has a slightly rotated reverse and I really don't care for misaligned dies. Deducting the profit from the two coins involved in the trade I have only $170.00 in this dollar which made this coin impossible to pass up.

Nice coin.

I wish I would have bought at least one gold coin back when gold was $400 an ounce (especially and St Gaudens double eagle)

Nice rotated die.
