I usually don't buy coins in less than AU condition but this one appealed to me as a good secondary coin for my other Type set book I have as I upgrade my 7070 and I really don't see many of these in my part of the country. Hard to tell from the picture, but obverse appears to have small Die Cuds in the 4-5 o'clock region. The rim above Liberty's cap (obverse) and below the eagle (reverse) to me is a distraction that could be post-mint damage that lowers the grade. Those are hard to find, I let a nice PCGS VF-25 slip away several weeks ago because I was too darn cheap on my ebay bid, and I haven't found one I really liked since.
