I think with all the marks in the fields and what looks like a small hit on the mid- lower cheek I am gonna say MS63. We were just kinda talking about PL coins in one of my recent grading posts. I am not sure about that still, but based on what I have been looking into the last few days, it probably won't get a PL designation in my opinion. Though it obviously has some proof like qualities, it isn't enough to comparable DMPL or PL examples out there right now. Still a great CC Morgan though!
