VG10. The obverse says VF20 but the reverse wheat stalks are speaking VG8 so I netted her a 10.

The 24-D and 25's are known for weak strikes.

My "knee jerk" reaction was F-12. But knowing that these were weakly struck ( not as bad as the 18d, or 25d and S), I took a second look at the lettering and wheat stalks. The lettering is stronger than what we would expect with a Fine. The Wheat stalks definitely show signs of uneven wear on the die. The lettering is well struck. Taking the die state into account and not being able to get a good look at the surfaces I'll go with a conservative VF-35 and wouldn't argue too much with an XF-40.
