Kafka Valued Member Canada 352 Posts	Posted 03/19/2014 3:56 pm Just wondering if anybody can guesstimate a grade for a bunch of half pennies and possible value but not necessary. All help appreciated. Thanks. Report this Post to the Staff

You obviously like these coins or you wouldn't have posted this thread. None of the Aussie Mob wanted to burst your bubble and tell you that these are in pretty ordinary grades, that is why it took a while for opinions IMHO. I have a few Canadian large cents that I think are amazing but most Canadians would consider pretty ordinary as well. You like your coins and I like mine, That's ALL that really counts Report this Post to the Staff

Tim Bowden Valued Member Australia 112 Posts	Posted 03/21/2014 10:20 pm Hi Kafka, If you are looking for a bit of a 'self-help' resource for coin grading / evaluation, you will find a few on the web. The link below is to one provided on my resource site, which you are welcome to use: http://www.tdkapdc.com.au/australia...g-index.html It is based on Australian pennies from the KGV era, however halfpennies are pretty similar to assess. It is just a guide, so please keep in mind that others may have opinions that vary from mine. Hope you find it useful.
