I am in need of some recommendations on some of those plastic sheets that house 2x2 holder's. The ones I have always rip on the holes that connected into the binder. Looking for something lightweight but yet tough against rips & tears.

G'day, I gather that in the USA, 3-ring binders are the norm. In Oz, where most of our supplies seem to be European (or interchangeable therewith), the 4-ring binders are more common. That might help you a bit.
I always limit the number of 1797 tuppences that I put on one page (they weigh 56g each)
