I'm not sure about the naked eye part , I can't clearly see all the letter on the 2 graded F12 dimes I own , I'm sure with Barber quarter , halves one could but those letters are really small on these dimes !!
After comparing it to several graded dimes graded f12 online and the two I own , I believe it would grade Vg10 even though all letters of libery are there !!
I think it's possible that on a good day a TPG would grade it F12 because like others have stated it's a inbetweener !!
Here's what's the ANA grading standard says
Some details show in hair,cap and face features .. All letters in liberty are weak but visible , upper row of leaves outline but bottom row is worn smooth ..
Reverse
Details in lower leaves plainly visible , bow outlined , letters worn but clear ...
Going by ANA standards one could argue that it was a fine12 ..

coinguy, if you like the coin that is all that matters. I like the coin that you purchased and I would be fine paying a couple of dollars more than another coin sold for.
