Pete2226 Pillar of the Community United States 3339 Posts	Posted 11/07/2015 4:41 pm I really don't know what this is. The feature on the obverse is clearly depressed and smooth. If it were from die over-polishing it should be raised. The reverse appears to be a clash, slightly rotated, but it is not clearly demarcated. So can anyone say what is going on here?
