I picked up a few raw pieces at auction for a good price and this IHC looks the best of the bunch. There is a little spot on the nose so I soaked it in acetone for a few minutes before putting it in a 2x2. What grade would you put on it?

VG-10 TO f-12 would be my guess

Close call here, but probably a details coin as it stands. I would try Verdi-Care - acetone would generally not help much with this sort of problem.

I know with some the IHC I have you can see all of liberty from one angel and then just a few letters from another , not sure if that's the case here or not !
From what I can see I'd say Vg 8-10 ...
