I Think I Found A 1960 D With A Small O Over A Large One.

I'm not sure either but when looking through my loop what I'm seeing is a line around the 0 along with doubling on the 196 with a thickness under them all that appears to be some sort of doubling but I can't get the same effect with my phone camera. I'm hoping to get my usb working so I can get a better picture of it. Report this Post to the Staff

I like to try to get a clearer picture and try again cause it's just isn't showing what I'm seeing :( Thank you Djay1 you got a nice picture where you can clearly see it. Nice looking coin! I need to work on the pictures a bit. What it looks like here is not what I'm seeing with the loop. I'm going to keep trying till I can get a good picture and post again. Under the loop you can see the small 0 over the big one and it's pretty clear with the other part of the date but I just need to get a clear picture is all. I'll keep trying... However, there is a 1960D small date over large date(all four digits are affected, not just the 0) as seen in djay1's post, that particular die variety also has a very obvious repunched mintmark.
