hi all , found this in a roll, thought i'd put it on so I could make sure if it is or isn't a 1983 d DDR ...I'm seeing alot of splits in the serifs or do I need glasses ...hahahahah ...thanks for opinions ...

VLDS coin. The devices are really falling apart. Not a DDR, just die wear.
