It looks to be a different D along the upper right curve and the upper left corner . or am I just seeing things ? (Again lol) .and this time I rotated the pics to come out correct . If they don't I will always swear they should have .

Ahh, a topic I know a little about! Yes it appears to be a d/d, surprised you noticed the inside 2x, now look at the upper serif and upper vertical bar on the outside. Its split serif and second bar are indicative of rotation of 2nd punch. Good eyes. Find the exact match at http://www.coppercoins.com, my best source for identifying RPM's. I'd post the exact link/page, but can't maneuver on cheap tablet, sorry!

Grrr, another edit, tablet refuses to print what I type, always changes once posted!

Check for a match but I do not think it is an RPM. Are you using a cell phone to take pics? Please orientate pics properly. Now my neck hurts

I know a lot about RPMs, and this is not one. Not sure what you are pointing at. If it is where the glare is, then that is Machine damage on the mint mark. Not sure what you are seeing. Sorry
